BackstreetBoys: Never Gone Tour

I was waiting this day for about five years!!!!! Finally, I went to the Backstreet Boys's concert at Osaka dome today(>o<)/ I was their big fan for about five or six years but I had never been to their show ( though, I've been to Nick Carter's solo concert!!).

I was sooooo excited before the show was started and now I'm still excited:-D I can't believe that I was in dome with Backstreet Boys five hours ago...... I wanna back to that time!!!!
The show was just AWSOME! I can't express well but it was great. There were no dancers or big fierworks, but it wasn't a problem at all. They sang twenty-one songs from lates album"Never Gone" and other old albums. My favorite member, Nick was playing guitar and it was really cool♪ Moreover, their beautiful harmony was the best!!! I love thier ballade songs :)

I sang and shouted and crapping hands too much and I'm soooo tired now. But I had really really great two hours with Backstreet Boys!! I want them to come back to Japan soon...

Winter vacation & New year

Winter vacation will be over soon... How are you spending winter vacation and new year's days??? I was at workplace in almost everyday... I worked for 17days...I worked too much and I regert about it a little bit now. I bought some DVDs but I didn't have time to watch them at all...and I still don't have time...

But I could go to shopping few times and I bought a grab bag for the first time in my life!!! I bought it for 5000yen and I could got six clothes and the costs of almost everything were high than the cost of a grab bag!! I got two clothes that I won't wear but a garb bag was not so bad.
And yesterday I went to shopping to Kyoto, Shyjyo with my friend at workplace and I bought some clothes. It was snowing a lot and soooooo cold but I had a lot of fun :-D

I'm looking forward to listening everyone's story of winter vacation and new year's day!!!

I watched this film which Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie star a week ago. This is about a married couple who are assassins but they don't know each other about it. They are bored on thier married life. But one day, they noticed that they are both assassins and they draw a bead on them each other!!! and the fight between a wife and a husband is started with guns and rifles!!
I love this movie, this is sooooooo cool!! Especially, Angelina's dynamic performances of fighting scene are very very cool. I'm sure you will be fascinated with her, too. Also, I like Brad Pitt. He's cool and cute and in this film, he's tough guy.
This is funny movie, I think you will like this :)

Women and Men

There are a large number of differences between men and women. Physical different is definite and there are also a lot of differences in behavior or phrase.
The way of making a request and the purpose of asking questions are different between men and the women. Women make requests with questions, while men tell their requests directly. Women use questions to avoid making persons to feel that they are ordered by them, because they value the harmony. For example, women will say, “Would you show me your notebook?” instead of “Show me your notebook.” which will be said by men. On the other hand, most of men tell their requests directly because they just want persons who are around of them to accept their requests and make them to come true. In contrast to men whose purposes of asking questions are to get information , women’s purpose is not only it, but also to start conversations. During the daily life in Japan, the one of most common questions to start conversations for women is “ Did you get your haircut?”. Sometimes, they are really not sure, but it is often obvious if they had haircut. Women begin the dialogue with that question and it will be kept like “ When did you get?” and “ Where? Was that beauty salon good?”. Whereas women have other purpose of asking, in most case, men’s reason to ask is to gain the informatioin which they want to know.

30 Days Straight/Gay man

" I'm homosexual." If you were come out it from your friend or familiy member, how would you react or how would you feel??? 30 Days may help you to think about it...

I watched "30 Days Straight/Gay " in English class. In this program, Ryan who is a conservative straight man moved to Castro, San Francisco where is famous for a lot of homosexualities to live with Ed who is gay for 30 days. Ryan believe strongly that homosexuality is wrong because the bible says so. At first this his strong belief wasn't changed, even though he spent his most of time with gay men. I think he couldn't accept the homosexuality because he had been believing that homosexuality is sin and wrong according to the bible for long time. However, as having a lot of experiences such as going to the church where most peoples who comes to that church are homosexualities , the gay softball team or getting a job in gay community and so on. Then, Ryan opened his mind gradually.

It is said that most hardest thing that homosexualities will face is coming-out in this program.
I think coming out about anyting is hard thing for us. But when we come out something which we keep in our heart for a long time, we can express ourselves more.
One of my friend in the U.S. is actually gay. He came out that he's gay to his friends and family.
He is very cool and fashionable now, but before he noticed his sexual orientation, he was not.
But after noticing it, he was changed!! He tried to change and improve himself. He's very atrractive man now and is keeping really good relationship with his friends and family.
Even if the person may be gay, but it's that person. It's not other person. He/she just have different idea about liking. If you think that homosexuality is wrong, it's okey because I think there is no answer that it's right or wrong, but you should try to accept the opposite idea. You may be able to get new idea...

Parallel Structure

I learned Parallel Structure in the English class. In the parallel structuer, particular words or sentences are repeated. Those words make reader to pay attention the message of the author and think about it. Because of repeated words, rest of sentences are emphasized.
Here is a my poem.

Colors show my heart.
My heart turns red when I fall in love.
My heart turns blue when I fight with my friends and feel bad.
My heart turns gold when I win the prize.
My heart turns green when I relax in the park.
My heart turns light blue when I go to the sea and the breeze passes by me.
My heart turns yellow when I am with my friends.
In a day, the color of my heart would be often changed and becomes a rainbow.

MTV Hard Rock Live

Simple Plan held this concert in may in Orland, Florida. This concert's Live CD with DVD was released about a week ago, and I bought it yesterday. At first, I wasn't going to buy it and I wanted other band's CD but it was out of stock, so I bought this live CD instead. And this was right choice!!!
In DVD, whole concert was recorded. I've never been to their show, so this was my first time to see thier whole show. And it was sooooo exciting!!!! SP's member were jumping and fans werw also jumping and screaming a lot. And sing songs together. In their show, fan can be a part of Simple Plan!!! I really wanna go to their show :) I wanna sing and jump with SP's member together!!!
In CD, some acoustic version's songs and a live version's song which was recorded on live in Tokyo are included. We rarely have chance to listen to those version so I was glad that I can listen them now♪♪

Super Size Me

Who is the crazy man who tries to keep eating McDonalds's foods for 30 days?? It's Morgan Spurlock who is a filmmaker. When I heard he tried this project, I thought he was crazy, honestly. Everyone know that first foods, especially McDonalds's foods are not healthy at all because of so much calories , fat, sugar. I also thought even if he liked first foods, it's hard to keep it.

In this film we can know a lot of surprising facts of obesity in the U.S. More than 60% the U.S adults population are overweight or obese. And obesity is now second to the major cause of preventable death in the U.S. However, number of P.E classes are reducing now in school. I was surprised this facts because American government knows that obesity is now big and serious issue but valubable time to exercise to keep or lose their weight is being cut from children. It's not good, of course. If children don't have enough time to exercise, the number of population who is overweight willccertainly increase, I think. And I also thought healthy school lunch was very important for children. It must be easy to provide junk food lunch for school but this high-calorieas lunch encourages children to be getting fat. In Japan, we never had such lunch in school. So I was surprised a little bit...

Morgan's weight was steadily increased during this project. and on day 21, he woke up at midnight because he couldn't breath well and felt bad. This is terrible!!!! Befor starting project, he was quite healthy but he got sick. This is imaginable happening, isn't this??
I think this project was very unique that no one didn't try, so he really want to finish it. I can
understand his feeling, but stopping it was the best for his health. I felt this is really risky. As most of nurtritionist said, we should not eat so much fast foods. I think there is no good point for our health in fast foods. But I know fast foods are now one of cultures of food in morden society and it's difficult to stop eating them forever, so we should try not to have it so much.

Connotation

I learned positive,negative and neutral connotation of English a lot in class. Also, there are these connotation in Japanese. I give one example of connotation in Japanese.

"MEAL" in English, neutral is Gohan, positive is Shyokuji or Oshyokuji, and negative is Meshi in Japanese.

In most situation with my family or friends, I say like "Gohan wo tabemashitaka?"( Have you had a meal yet?). When we learned how to refer to a meal, we were taught the word "Gohan" itself, so we usually use only this word.
But in the situation with your boss, you would use "Oshyokuji". Or in the other case such as in the Japanese-style hotel, waitress ask to customers with using "Oshyokuji". We use it when talk with superiors or when clerks talk with their customers.
Positive connotation "Meshi" is used by young peoples, often by men. And when women use it, in most case, they are blamed by their parents or older people. But men are not blamed...I don't know why. Maybe it's a word for men.

Q.1 What does being "street smart" mean??

I think it means knowing many aspects of society and having ability of flexibility. First, to being street smart, we have to know a lot of things such as problems or systems and so on and also have to know the way of handling them. Then, we have to be able to get accoustomed to many kinds of aspects in the society and accept them. And deal with any problems with these ability. It's like a Naturalistic type of intelligence of Gardner's theory.

Q.2 Why do some people of seemingly average intelligence achieve extraordinary success??

I think it's because no one can know the one's real intelligence level. I think there are some parts of intelligence which is usually hidden in somewhere of you and is not showed its ability. So everyone might think you don't have such intelligence or you have really only average intelligence, but in fact, you have it and when you show that ability, you look like have achieved big success!! We should have some potential intelligence. Or we have intelligence which usually don't use in our daily life and when we use it at the special time, you may look like succeed.

Q.3 Why is society interested in your intelligence and schooling??

One of way to measure and know our ability or knowledge for something special is knowing our intelligence level in our society. And I think intelligence is developed in the school as learning
many kinds of things. But I think sometimes people try to measure value of person by knowing his or her intelligence level or background. This is unfair because intelligence level which is measured by people may be not real one so they don't know exactly the value of that person at all.

three movies

Today, I watched three movies!!! "Lilo & Stitch" , " The Very Long Engagement ", and " The Phantom of Opera".

"Lilo & Stitch" Stitch is my one of favorite Disney character but I've never seen the movie. and Finally,I watched it!! My classmate,Yuri borrowed me DVD. This is about Family. Lilo is a little girl who lives in Hawai with her older sister Nani. She doesn't have any friends and parents,either. Stitch is a monster which destroy everything instinctively. Stitch doesn't have family, but as spending time with Lilo, he find his family. This is good and warm story. Moreover, Stitch is sooooooooo cute!!!! In the film,there is a scene which Stitch plays Elvis's song with his costume:)

" The Very Long Engagement" This is a French love rommance film. A man who went to WWⅠ has a fiance and she believes he will come back. But he never come backe to her. Everyone around her say he must pass away. However she always believes he's still alive in somewhere and she starts looking for him and searching what was happened in battlefield where he was. This is love rommance film but also mystery film. As she find someone who know about him, she gets clues and she's coming to the fact gradually.

" The Phantom of Opera" This is a musical film and soooooooooooo Gorgeous!! Costumes, music, set, everything are very gorgeous. In the Paris, in about late 19th century, there is a theater which is performed Opera. In that theater, new star is born who is favorite of Phantom. She wavered between the love of Phantom and the young duke . Most of lines are sung as songs in this film and every actors 's voice are very beautiful!!
I watched this at the theater in my home town,because it's showing for 500 yen!!! It's soooo cheap,isn't it?? I don't know why it's such cheap,but this was good chance to watch this movie.

GAIDAISAI

From November 3rd to 6th, GAIDAI festival is held. I went to it yesterday with my friend and I had fun a lot!! First, we went to see my friend's band show. Unfortunately, we could see thier show for only 10 minutes but it was soooo cool!! and we went to booth to get some foods. There was no booth in my high school's festival, so it was exciting for me :) I ate Takoyaki, Natyos(I'm not sure the spell is correct...),Toppogi which is Korean rice cake, Tempura Ice Cream ( Akihiro & Yuichi were working so hard in there!! )and Green Tea Parfait!! All of them were good but I ate too much and now I have to care my weight... I also went to listen to Mandolin♪　I had never listened to sound of Mandolin and it was very very beautiful!!! We could listen to good music over a cup of tea and sweets. When I listend to "Let It Be"and "Summer",I was moved! and Yoshiko was good Mandolin player.Thank you Yoshiko for wonderful music :-D

At last We went to TSURUBE's talk show!! He is a famous Japanese comic storyteller. It was really fun !!! He talked about experiences in other universities's school festival, battles with his mother or story of other comedian and so on...What I was surprised the best is he came by train and that route was same that I came to university everyday!! If I went to university more lately, I might be able to see him at train!!

A little Question

As I mentioned a lot before, I love watching movie!! But I have only three DVDs... The reason I don't have them at all is I had thought DVD was very expensive to buy by myself!
and now I wonder how many DVD or VHS of movie or music people usually have??
Some of my friends have so many DVDs and most of them have parents who like watching movies. So I think thier parents buy DVDs and share them.

In America,I noticed that most family I visited their home had a lot of DVDs or VHSes in thier living room!! and I also noticed that the DVD which is sold in America is low-priced. Especially used DVDs are very cheap!! They are sold for about $5 to $10. Moreover the price will fall soon when the new one is released. So evryone buy DVD without any constraint.

But, the price of DVD is falling in Japan lately. There are lots of low-priced DVD whose price is 1500 yen or 2000yen. Sometimes there are DVDs which are sold for 999 yen!! It's very cheap, isn't it?? So I'm coming to often buy them recently. I got "Moulin Rouge" and "How to lose a guy in ten days" for 1500yen and "The sweetest thing" for 999yen!! I'm going to buy more DVD:)

Family in the U.S

A few weeks ago, I got a mail from my host sister!! I have another family; host family in Michigan State, the U.S! I met them in last year's summer and I still keep in touch with them.
There are 5members in my host family, dad,mom,older brother,a younger sister and another sister who is same age as me. They like Japan and Japanese culture very much,especially Japanese music,animation, fashion and food!! Host sisters have many Japanese comics and CDs and DVDs or VHSes of Japanese animation. I was surprised because they knew the Japanese animation what I didn't know...Also they love Disney films soooo much and they have DVDs of most Disney film!! When I was in America, I watched a lot of Disney films with them☆
Host sisters were like friends each other, and sometimes host mother was also like friend for them and me. We talked about our boyfriends or love story:) Mom always gave me hug!
Host mother and sisters are studying Japanese and one sister can speak and write Japanese very well!!! Sometimes she writes me a letter in only Japanese.
Host brother lived in other place,so I couldn't see him so much. Dad was busy because of job,so I couldn't see him a lot,too. But they were also nice!! I miss them very very much!!!!

Do you have host family?? If you don't, you should try to get it!! You can spend wonderful time with them♪♪

50 First Dates

How we can keep such a hard relationship like Lucy and Henry?? " 50 First Dates" is love comedy film which is really sweet love story of Henry Roth who is a veterinarian in aquarium and Lucy Whitmore who is a local girl in Hawai. This film is from Henry's point of view. Usually, Henry dates with lots of women and have fun short relationship with them. But when he sees Lucy, he fall in love with her at first sight. Lucy also have good time with Henry at that day,but the next day, she is like another person!! She lost short-term memory because of terrible car accident in a year ago and she can't remember any things which is happened after accident in the next morming. Losting short-term memory makes harder to keep their relationship,but Henry never gives up.

Lucy's dad and brother make her life as same days, but it is changed by Henry. He prepares HVS tape for her in every morning and tells her that she had car accident in a year ago and met Henry and fell in love with him. She is always shocked and cryed but after accepting that fact she has good time with Henry.

If I would fall in love with person who lost short-term memory, I don't think I can be patient like Henry. There would be no harder love than this. But in this film, Henry can keep and manage this love and spend great time with Lucy.

Do you know him??? He's SpogneBob!!!!! It can be said that he's most favorite and famous American animation character :) When I saw him for the first time, I thought he is cheese or butter. But as you can see with his name, he's sponge!!
I love this TV show, and while I was in the U.S in last summer, I was looking for this show's VHS. But I couldn't find out and I gave up. However, my host sister found out and mailed me a week ago!!! I am soooo happy that I can watch this in here, Japan!!

Main characteres are SpongeBob, Patrick who is starfish, Mr. Crab who is Crab( as you can see...) and so on. SpongeBob works in hamburger shop and has snail as a pet. They live in the sea, so SpongeBob tries to get boat driver's license instead of car driver's license. The setting of this animation is funny, isn't it?

Moreover, there is suprising in this. There are images which are not animation, but real!! I was surprised when I watched that scene at first. This is very unique animation!!
I want Japanese TV company to broadcast this very very very much!!

30 Days

I watched Morgan Spurlock's "30 Days -Minimum Wage" . The life of person who has a minimum wage job is totally new world for me!! Even if people work sooooo hard like Morgan( He worked 18 hours in a day, It's unbelievable,isn't it?!), of course they can't get enough money. I was shocked when I heared the fact that one out of five children sleep with hunger. Why does government do nothing for them?? Life is soooo unfair...
I think Free Shop and Free Clinic are good idea!! Recycle is very important and it's wonderful for poor people. There are not enough doctor in the free clinic, but it's better than nothing.
I may be able to live with minimum wage but I won't stand it . I don't wanna work such a lot!!

If I live in someone else's life for 30 days, I would learn so many things that I haven't experienced. If I become a menber of Christian family, it would be like???
First of all, the way of thinking about God or some other things is very different from me.
Next, the custom would be different. They might pray before the meal but I haven't do it. I haven't been to church to pray, either.
I'm sure it's hard to get accustomed in someone else's life, but we can experience the new world. I would be able to look at other aspects of life!!

Japanese Gesture

When people are talking about business or money, gesture of money is often used in Japan. Make a circle with thumb and forefinger,then turn your wrist to the ground. Usually,pull down that hand around waist. Do it not to be standed out from other person. The reason people pull down the hand is people don't want to talk about money frankly. Because people don't want other people to think "This person think nothing, but only money.".

For example, in the TV show, a comedian try to ask the other person how much the person got performance fee. But that comedian doesn't want to say words "money" or "performance fee", because image is very important for comedian, then he/she use this gesture.

It's similar to OK sign, but the meaning is totally different!! Japanese people often think own image is very important,so this gestuer is used.

Hurricane KATRINA

I imagined if victimes of hurricane were not poor people, how different from the present condition of New Orleans?? I am sure the number of suffer will be small.
As news reporter said on the TV news which we watched in class, two-third of New Orleans residents are poor black people and they have no car, money, and nowhere to go. All they could was stay at thier home, in New Orleans. But if they were not in poverty, they would have one or some car to escape. They would have less worries abotu thier life than poor people.
I think poverty is big causes that there are so much suffers.

I was surprised when I heard the news reporter said peoples who live in New Orleans began behaving like animal! I couldn't imagine how peoples behave, but now I can understand why they behave such. They lost everything and they need anything!! They have to get anything to survive. The government is too slow to do something!! They don't need to think, I just want them to help people in New Orleans.

Chicago

This is picture of downtown of Chicago!! It's really beautiful, isn't it?? and Lake Michigan is like real sea, don't you think so? I love this view :) It looks like postcard!!

As I wrote in before posting, this city is awsome! I couldn't stay in there much time, but I really felt so. I went to big aquarium and little amusement park. Whan I went to these place, I took bus. and I was surprised because there are very long buses!! I had never seen or taken such long buses...and all passengers except me and my two American friends( they are white.) were black people!! I don't know why... anyway I watched lots of view of Chicago from bus and had fun. If you will have a chance to go to the U.S, I recommend to visit this cool town :)

Happiness

Q1 What do friends mean to your happiness??

Friends are very important as well as family for me, and I'm sure it's so for you and everyone!! When we are in home,we are with family. But once we are out from home, usually we are with our friends. I think we spend a lot of time with our friends in school or everywhere and we can have fun because of being with friends!! I can talk anything what we can't talk with family and think together. I can have fun and spend great time at university or school because I'm with my friends! I need friends and Friends is essential for my life!!!!!

Q2 What is your vision of a satisfyimg job??

The perfect and satisfying job for me is the job which have something to do with what I like or have interest. I think it's the best that I can get a job which I like, because I don't want to feel stress a lot with working. It's not good for my health and mind, of course... If I like that job, I can have fun even if I'm working and I'm sure I feel a sense of fullfillment everyday! and I think I get want to know about that job more and I'll be motivated a lot!

I like music and movie, so I want to get a job which have something to do with them like working at record company or movie campany in the future...

But I have interest in many things, so it's hard to choose one kind of job for me now...

Q3 What would it take to make you happy now??

Having fun with anything and feeling comfortable make me happy now. I love chatting with my friends, so I have fun when I'm chatting with my friends and it makes me happy and smile!! I love watching movie and when I'm watching love romance or love comedy film or the film which has a happy ending ,I can feel comfortable and happy!! I love eating so when I'm eating what I like,especially sweets, I feel very happy :) Eating sweets might be the happiest thing for the girl...

As many of you know, I LOVE watching movie and I watched a lot of movies during vacation.
"Star Wars 3", "The Island", "Bridget Jones's Diary :The Edge of Reason", "The Grudge", "S.W.A.T", "The Village", "Forgotten", " A Beauty and The Beast", "Nightmare before the Christmas", how a lot!!!!

My favorite actor Ewan stared in "The Island" and it's very cool and good movie! He hadn't have much action scenc before because he almost performed in love romance or love comedy film, but there are lots of action scene in this movie and they are soooo exciting! He and the girl escaped from one organization and they are chased.

Bridget Jones's Diary: The Edge of Reason, I watched this three times!! There is a fighting scene of two men who love Bridget, it's very funny! It's my favoriet scene of this film :-D Both of two men are not so strong men, so thier fight is like children's it...
Moreover, you can see the beautiful view of Thailand!!! Beautiful sea... I wanna go!!
I like this series so that I bought a original book " Bridget Jones's Diary"!! It's written in English, of course, so very hard to read but I'll try to finish reading during this summer vacation.

I don't like horro movie, but I watched "The Grudge". I like Sarah Michelle Gellar who stared in this film and Jason Behr who played Sarah's boyfriend. The story is little different from original Japanese film and more simple, I think. But it's soooooooooooo scary(>_<) It was hard to sleep that night, because I watched it before going to bed...

My trip to the U.S

The biggest plan of summer vacation was over... I went to Michigan & Chicago (the U.S) from July 31th to August 11th and I came back to Japan on 12th.
I went to there by myself, completely alone! It was the first time for me to take the plane by myself, so I was soooo nervous before I took plane.

I had to change the plane two times because I bought really cheap tickets. And I missed one plane in Dallas where was stop to do it. I didn't have enough time to change plane, then I rushed to boarding gate but I couldn't get the flight. However, kind clerk got me a seat of next flight soon!! It was the First class seat!! How lucky :) Anyway I could see my friend and her family in the airport.

While I was in Michigan, I could see most of my friends who I met in last summer !!!! I was very glad to see them again♪ I went to go shopping a lot to mall and stores and watched movies and had BBQ party with them!! Every day we hanged out until midnight and had a lot of fun :-D
In Chicago, finally I could see my boyfriend! I was soooo happy!!!
I also had much fun in there. I went to a big aquarium and watched lots of cute fishes and dolphin and whale and penguin and so on. The downtown of Chicago is awsome!!!! The scene of buildings snd streets and lake Michigan was very very beautiful! I love that scene :)
In other day, I went to theme park "Six Flags" and I rode some roller coasters. It was really fun!!
Honestly, I didn't want to come back to Japan... now I miss everyone in the U.S. But I'll go back to America soon!!!

Today, finally I watched "Star Wars episode3 Revenge of the Sith "!! I watched all of serises and now I could know the complete story. My favorite actor Ewan McGregor stared as Obi-Wan and Hayden Christensen also stared as Anakin. I can't write all on here but if you watch, you can know how and why Anakin becomes Darth Vader... Episode 3 is kind of sad movie for me and I almost cried on one scene. Poor Anakin and Padme...

But there are some funny scene, too! For example, R2-D2 which is a machine that serve under Anakin can protect itself and also can attack and knock down enemies!! I didn't think it can fight,so I was very surprised when I watched R2-D2 was fighting and It was soooo cute:) I love R2-D2 ♪♪

I watched other episodes in wrong order, so it was hard to understand Characters and story. But now you can watch all of Star Wars serises at a time!! Why don't you try to watch all serises?? You can understand story more easily...

Funny Movie!!

This week was terrible for me and I was soooo tired. I wanted to laugh a lot ,so I watched "Austin Powers Goldmember" today!! This is the third of "Austin Powers" serise and it's kind of stupid film but really funny!! I also have watched first and second, and this is little difference from those. Many famous person appeared as guests in this film!! For example, Tom Cruise, Gwyneth Paltrow, Steven Spielberg, Britney Spears and so on. And heroine is Beyonce!!!! How splendid!! Beyonce is really hot and cool :) She is wearing very sexy clothes and her hairstyle is Afro! It looks pretty good on her. And the fact that nobody may expect is said at the end. Have you ever watched this movie??

By the way, I'm watching "Two Brothers" on TV now. This is about two little tiger's brothers. Little tigers are soooooo cute!!!! I wanna have them :)

Do you know this America popular and famous TV drama?? I like this drama and it is started broadcasting in kansai area on every Tuseday midnight (Sorry, I wrote "Sunday midnight" before,but it was wrong). This is about four unmarried women who are over thirty years old. They are very indepenent women on their jobs but always have saome worries or problems about their love and boyfriend and sex...
Sometimes I learn how I can keep good relationship with my boyfriend by watching this!!
Maybe some of you don't like this kind of drama because sometimes there are some scenes that I can't tell you that scenes are like in here , but if you don't care about it try to check it!!(Probabuly you have to record it on video tape or DVD...)

Concert at University

Few days ago, one of music club( I don't remember the name of that club...) held a concert at clubhouse, and my friend's band played Aviril Lavigne's songs !! I ask Itsumi(my IES classmate) to go to see his performance and we went together. Shun and Yuichi( they are also my IES classmates) were also in there.

The volume was pretty loud and we couldn't hear each other when we were talking. But performance was really cool!!

I think he is a good guitarist! and in his band, a girl plays the drums,it's sooo cool! I often think I wish I could play something instrument...I can't play anything... so I think I should try to play something. But I haven't learned and played any instruments except for recorder, so if you have any recommendation of instruments to play, please let me know!!

A week ago,I watched "Bring It On" ( japanese title is "Cheeres! ".) for my assighment. Yuri, she is one of my classmate recommended it to me and I was interested in it a little.
It was really Fun movie and it became one of my favorite movie!!!! This movie is about cheerleaders who aim to win in the national competition. There are a lot of senen that they are dancing or doing cheerleading in this film. So I enjoyed watching soooooo much!! I felt like dancing with them! Story is quite simple , so i think anybody can enjoy it. Especially people who likes pop music, you can also enjoy listening to music!!

As some of you know, finally Backstreet Boys 's new album came out few days ago!!!! I had been waiting for getting it for about 4 years and at last I got it!

"Incomplete" which is the first single from this new album is a great ballade song about love. I think this song is about a man who lost his girlfriend but can't give up her.
The video of this song is also good! Each member is singing in each place, for example, in the wave or in the fire.

"Weird World" and "Poster Girl" are more cheerful songs than previous songs. But "Weird World" has important meaning that we should not be selfish, We should think about other peoples and the world.

"Movin' On" is a beautiful a capella song. You can feel they are very talented singers !!

Some of songs are little different from thier previous songs but you can still listen to thier ballade songs which are developed. I love this album and if you want to listen to it, just let me know!

Do you know this song ?? This is sung by Simple Plan that is one of my favorite band!!
They appeal we should not drive a car with drinking alcohol with video of this song.
In this video, car accident wsa happened because driver was drunk. And peoples who were suffered were taken to the hospital.

This is a sad video. But I think this video make us think about how terrible driving a car with drinking is and how much change the life if you experience it.

I think many of you like or love Disney movies and characters!! My fvorite is " A beauty and the beast". The story is wonderful!! and I also like songs which are used in the film.
I think Disney movies are great, because some of movies were made in long time ago, like 20 years or more years ago! But even now they have been watched and loved by all of genarations.
That's great, isn't that?!

I haven't seen many of Disney movie but I like the characters very much!! I love Dumbo, Stitch, Pooh and so on ♪♪

Two Weeks Notice for my homework. This is a Love Comedy film. Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant stared this movie. I LOVE "love comedy " film!!

I like "MASK" , "LOVE ACTUALLY" , "DOWN WITH LOVE　（「恋は邪魔者」）" , " A LIFE IS LESS ORDINARY　（「普通じゃない」）" , "THE SWEETEST THING ( 「クリスティーナの好きなこと」） ” and so on. I think many people have ever seen MASK and everyone like it!! I like the love comedy film that Hugh Grant or Cameron Diaz stars. They are good actor and actress and very attractive!!
I long for being like her , because she has great figure( what long legs!!) and very cute smile!!

Ewan Mcgregor!! He was born in 1971 in Scotland.He starred in Trainspotting( 1996), A Life Less Ordinary(1997), Star Wars(1999~), Moulin Rouge(2001) and so on.
In Trainspotting
he played a narcotic, in A Life Less Ordinary he co-starred with Cameron Diaz, in Star Wars he played Obi-Wan (I think many of you know this movie!), in Moulin Rouge he played a novelist.

Moulin Rouge is my favorite movie.He is soooo cool!! And he is also good singer. In this movie,
he sing some songs with Nicole Kidman who is played heroine. One of songs that he sing is "Your Song". I love this song!! Original of this song is sung by Elton John(I wrote it's sung by Eric Clapton, but it was mistake! Sorry...)In this movie he covered some old songs like a song of the Beatles. I think many of you know this American TV drama and like it. I love this drama since I was a elememtary school student! I watched this drama many times and watch again on TV now.Story of this drama is about a family that mother died suddenly by car accident and father and uncle and their friend start to raise up three children.
My favorite character is uncle Jesse and Michell( a yougest girl)!! I like Olsen sisters who played Michell. They are 18 years old same as me. I can't believe it!! They are very popular in the U.S and also in Japan now.
HULL HOUSE is little old drama,but I won't be tired of this!
